Served with croutons and smoked bacon snippets (V, can be RGF, Vegan)

East Coast Dressed Crab
Served on a bed of rocket, tomato and cucumber with balsamic dressing (GF)

Ricotta and Spinach Tortellini
Starter size cooked in a rich tomato & cheese sauce (v)

Halloumi & Roast Vegetable Torte
Sun blushed tomatoes & balsamic dressing (can be vegan) (v)

Chicken Liver & Wild Mushroom Terrine
Served with dressed leaves, chutney & toast

Main Course
Grilled Salmon Fillet
On a bed of baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red pepper & spinach topped with green herb salsa

Valentine Sirloin Steak
Cooked to your requirements served with a tomato, chili, garlic, onion & mushroom sauce, served with onion rings & shoestring fries

Lentil & Spinach Pie
With selection of vegetables and new potatoes(V, can be RGF, Vegan)

Pork Sactimbocca
Pork escalope topped with fresh sage & parma ham, sautéed with marsala wine with dauphinoise potatoes

Pan Roasted Duck Breast
Orange and Cointreau sauce with dauphinoise potatoes

Strawberry & Prosecco Cheesecake
A rich cream cheese infused with prosecco and strawberry compote center finished with strawberry glaze and white chocolate decoration

Warm Chocolate Brownie
Served with white chocolate ice cream

Lemon & Raspberry Dome
Lemon custard filled pastry case topped with vanilla and raspberry
